The FUMCRC youth is a group of teens growing together in Christ through fellowship, worship, fun, missions and much more. We are passionate about sharing Christ by supporting each other and serving those around us. We have tons of fun together and laugh often! We also have very special bonds with one another. We can truly come and be ourselves. Our group is a great safe place to feel the love of God and the love of one another, to grow closer to God, and to build strong relationships and memories that will last a lifetime. YOUTH MISSION STATEMENT
Through the Holy Spirit, as one, we strive to be a caring and Christ-driven family that promotes leadership, fun, and creative individualities inside a Christian atmosphere.

JULY 1-7, 2012
We will be going to Sacramento New Mexico to work at Sacramento Methodist Assembly where we will provide labor for camp projects. Work can include painting, hiking trail restoration, light construction, cleaning hotel rooms and preparing daily meals etc. Fun day activity will be a trip to Carlsbad Caverns. The trip is open to all youth that have completed grades 6 – 12 and sign up begins February 1st. Cost is approximately $225.00 per youth or less, depending on how much is raised through our fundraisers. There will be a church wide talent show, dinner and silent auction. All proceeds for the talent show will be split evenly amongst all trip participants. The talent show will be May 20 at 5:00pm in the youth room. We need parent to help with planning, set up and staffing.
